By creating an account or using Pressed Coin Companion ("the app," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Norfield Initiative, LLC d/b/a Presscoins ("Presscoins," "we," "us," "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent for any paid transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us at info@presscoins.com of any unauthorized access.
Pressed Coin Companion is an independent pressed-coin identification and collection tool. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other theme park or entertainment company. References to Disney parks, attractions, or characters are for descriptive and informational purposes only to help you organize and identify your own pressed-coin collection and do not imply any official connection, approval, or endorsement. All Disney-related names, logos, and other intellectual property are the property of The Walt Disney Company or their respective owners.
The pressed coin catalog, location data, pricing data, coin images, and associated metadata are proprietary to Presscoins and protected by copyright and trade secret law. You may not:
Your personal collection, wishlist, and album data belong to you. We store it on your behalf and do not claim ownership of it. Passholder CSV export covers your own collection data only — not the proprietary catalog.
The scan feature uses your device camera or photo library and AI-assisted image analysis to suggest catalog matches. By using scan, you agree to the photo handling described in our Privacy Policy, including transmission of the coin photo to our servers and a third-party vision service for processing.
Pressed Coin Companion provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for pressed coins. We are a platform, not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
Presscoins reserves the right to suspend marketplace access for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
The Passholder subscription is a recurring charge. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused subscription time except where required by applicable law.
On iOS and Android, subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play respectively, and are subject to their terms.
Passholder and Free tiers may include different feature access and usage limits (including scan limits). Current limits are shown in the app and may change over time.
You may not use the service to:
If you submit photos, machine details, coin details, notes, or other content ("User Submissions"), you represent that you created it or have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
By submitting User Submissions, you grant Presscoins a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting, resizing, compression, and moderation), display, distribute, and use that content in the service, catalog, and marketing materials.
You retain ownership of your User Submissions, but you are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights. Photos attached through the scan-to-submit flow are User Submissions once submitted.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to any part of the service, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
You may close your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing info@presscoins.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request." What we delete and what we retain (for example, order history for tax compliance) is described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We do not warrant the accuracy of scan suggestions, catalog data, estimated values, or marketplace listings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presscoins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including marketplace transactions between users, scan misidentifications, or off-platform shipping and trade arrangements.
We may update these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
